To join our small but powerful machine learning team, we are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) machine learning engineer.
As a (Senior) Machine Learning Engineer, you will be an integral part of our six-person team and contribute to the advancement of conversational AI by joining the ML team. To develop, construct, and improve the cutting-edge NLP models and algorithms that underpin our platform, you will collaborate directly with our gifted engineers and product executives. This is a rare chance to transform your love of machine learning into top-notch goods that provide clients with genuine value. You will reach millions of customers worldwide by offering cutting-edge conversational AI goods.
It is important to note that we just obtained a grant of 11.7 million PLN to improve generative open-source models on our data and substitute our own LLMs for external ones.
You will do the following as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer:
. Join a small team whose objective is to develop tools based on text data to assist in the automated analysis of our clients' issues.
. Oversee and lead the whole machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment, resolving issues with data pipelines, conducting experiments, and converting research into reliable solutions at the production level.
. Create, develop, and enhance machine learning models, especially in natural language processing, to enhance our chatbot's language comprehension and conversational skills.
. Stay current with the most recent findings and methods in NLP and deep learning.
. Improve the infrastructure for production systems that use machine learning.
. Track and evaluate the model's performance in real-world settings, then make any adjustments.
. Work together with technical teams and product managers to find and use machine learning (ML) solutions for product features.
